Now wait for sometime while he/she will comment ' http://34255353309 ' on his/her Photo /Status .
Step 4 =
When victim had Commented that code on his/her photo then his/her account will get banned or blocked and facebook will ask him to Photo Verification which is really hard to do .
Now you have Blocked the Victim .

Note : While Doing the Step 4 make sure that you will not Use http://34255353309 in Message or anywhere , This can also Block you if you don't take it seriously .
When you Message the Victim use The http://#34255353309 and ask him to Remove # from code .
If you followed all the given Steps Correctly then Surely Victim's account will get Blocked .
