How to add categories in blogger

You can easily add categories section in your blogger blog,
Many people use different techniques to make categories but the best methods are two methods which are more responsive and easy to apply(use).

Method#1 By creating Labels

On our blog " Softdews " we had applied this method to make categories of different posts,

     Steps:-
Go to blogger.com
Then go to layout
Click on add gadget
Then select Labels
Here add labels with style of list

That's all you have done ,now on every post make a label of it while writing it

Note:-
    Keep in mind,the label of each post should be related to it,make one label for 5 to 8 posts
Don't create Labels more than 10,if you will create more than 10 labels than it may not look like categories

Method#2. By creating pages

This is another method of adding categories,as you can create almost 30 pages in Blogger so this will help you to make almost 10 pages easily

Steps:-

Go to blogger.com
Click on pages
Then create pages of all categories as you want
In each page create link of your posts and ,you had made categories

                  CONCLUSION

Method#1 is best ,as it is automatic method which will assign post to its respective category, on our this blog we had also applied Method#1
But many bloggers also apply Method #2
